Maria Hocin
I was born into a real estate family. My mother was in real estate my whole childhood. Some say real estate is my second language. It was a natural fit that real estate became my career.
I have been in the industry for over 20+ years and am licensed in Illinois and Florida. I have worked with buyers, sellers and investors. I have experience in relocation work for large corporations.
Those deals gave me my love for real estate in various locations including up and down the Southwest Florida Coast where I have resided on and off for most of my adult life.
I have been blessed to assist clients in large cities to the suburbs to coastal and country club communities. I love matching people with their dream homes and getting them top dollar for their property. I also have knowledge of green features and healthy homes for allergy sensitive people looking for some guidance. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you.
Gary Leibovitz
Born and raised in suburban Chicago, I started my real estate career as a sales associate in downtown Chicago. I worked with both buyers and sellers, helping them achieve their goals.
I then acquired my California sales agent license and began helping clients in the Palm Desert market where I first gained vast knowledge of the real estate needs in a tourist destination. This knowledge includes not only assisting buyers and sellers purchase or sell their dream homes but also helping investors pick properties that best fit their needs.
I myself have invested in many properties for the purpose of vacation rentals. I also have experience renovating properties for resale and would love to share that knowledge with you. I am excited to call Southwest Florida home and look forward to sharing that love for the coast with you. I look forward to serving all of your real estate needs.
